Estimated shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the timeframes communicated on our Site.
Under U.S. rules, online sellers generally must have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times; if no shipping time is stated, a general 30-day rule applies, with additional obligations if shipment is delayed. Consumer Advice

11. Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

14. Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
DOTLESS currently provides eligible customers with a 30-day return period beginning on the date the order is delivered, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment locations, the correct return destination will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Do not return merchandise to the shipping address printed on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We will not knowingly represent fabricated statements as authentic customer reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOTLESS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of the Site or products where such limitation is legally enforceable.

However, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. No Waiver
If DOTLESS does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Site if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our services, or use the Site unlawfully.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our:

- Refund & Return Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Other applicable policies displayed on the Site
constitute the agreement governing your use of the Site and purchases from DOTLESS.
If a specific promotion or service has additional terms, those additional terms may also apply.
33. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to DOTLESS's place of establishment and operation, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable state, provincial, federal, or other consumer protection laws.
I would not add a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver yet. Those provisions can have significant legal consequences and should be drafted based on the state where your business is legally established and reviewed by a U.S. attorney rather than copied from another ecommerce store.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

- New products or services
- Operational changes
- Legal or regulatory requirements
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that have already accrued where prohibited by law.
